These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantifly app ("Quantifly", "the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Quantifly is a warehouse and inventory management app that lets you organize warehouses, boxes, and items, and look them up using QR codes. The app is provided as-is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
2. Accounts
You sign in to Quantifly using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure - anyone who can sign in to that account can access your Quantifly data.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, and other content you add to Quantifly. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and use any content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Quantifly to store unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend systems, or to use the app in a way that could harm other users.
5. Availability and no warranty
Quantifly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for keeping any critical records backed up elsewhere.
6. Termination
You may stop using Quantifly and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
