This Privacy Policy explains what information Quantifly ("the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
- Google account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Inventory data you provide: Warehouse, box, item, and category information you create and manage within the app.
- Photos: If you attach a photo to an item, that image is stored so it can be displayed within the app.
- Camera access: Used only to scan QR codes for navigating and moving inventory. We do not store camera footage.
How we use this information
Information collected is used solely to operate the app: to authenticate your account, and to store and display the inventory data you create. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data storage
Your data is stored on servers operated by the Quantifly team. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the app (such as Google, for authentication).
Data retention and deletion
Your account and associated data are retained until you request deletion. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us using the details below.
